We have seen a lot of former celebrities who chose their personal life over their careers.
Most of them are having their own family now while some ventured to business and going back to studies. If we see the list, there are many of them and of them is Paula Peralejo.
Paula have been away from the limelight for a long time now. If you can still remember, she was one of the artists who played role in kiddie gag show Ang TV.
She started her career back in 1992. Since then, she starred in different Kapamilya shows like Gimik before she rose to fame for playing a role as Anne in Tabing Ilog which ran for four years.
Obviously, she is a younger sister of now also a former actress Rica Peralejo.
Putting their high hopes that Paulo will also get to achieve what her sister Rica have done in showbiz, many betted on her career. Surprisingly, she did get that.
However, despite of her fruitful career, Paula decided to leave the spotlight and went to finish her studies in UP Diliman. In 2008, she graduated as a Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy minor in Tourism.
On February 23, 2013, Peralejo married Charlie Fernandez in Filipiniana-themed wedding in Pinaglabanan Shrine in San Juan. The couple was given with one child.
Paula is enjoying her simple life away from the buzz of showbiz industry. She used her degree and knowledge and put up her own travel agency.
The former actress has her online-based travel business which she called Our Restless Feet Travel and Tours.
Now, Paula together with her husband and son are enjoying traveling around as she enjoys what she studied for.
