Usually, we, Filipinos, are celebrating Christmas and New Year with our family to make us all feel complete. But some people are making these celebrations extra special to those who can’t afford to have food.
This priest chose to spend his New Year with the homeless people instead of being at home.
Father Danny Pilario makes every netizen moved down to their core as he didn’t mind to stay with these people amid pandemic and celebration.
He spent his holiday with the homeless people under the bridge along Congressional Avenue in Quezon City.
According to a report by KAMI, Father Danny brought bread that he received and sparkling wine for the homeless.
In the photo, Father Danny can be seen preparing the bread and serve the homeless. He also gave them sparkling wine to drink with.
The photos was posted by Facebook page, Katoto Kay Kristo that shows Father Danny with the homeless who were all smiles with someone who cared for them this New Year’s Eve.
