Angelica Panganiban has a funny reaction when Coco Martin surprised her with something.
The two are currently working together with their project Love or Money. Coco is the leading man of Angelica here.
In a video that was uploaded by Star Cinema this last Wednesday, February 24, Angelica and Coco can be seen behind the scenes.
They were eating cupcakes when suddenly, Coco pointed to a package with Gucci wrapping.
“Diyos ko, ano ‘to? Cupcake lang ‘yung binigay ko!” the Kapamilya actress jokingly said referring to the cupcake they were eating.
“Baka may kapalit ‘to, ah? Hindi puwede ngayon!” Angelica joked again.
She then did an on the spot unboxing of her gift from her leading man. This turned out to be a kitchen set.
The lone visible item that Panganiban unwrapped — there appeared to be several inside the box — was a plate with a cat print. On Gucci’s website, that same plate is listed as made to order with a price tag of $310, or about Php 15,000.
“Wala akong masabi. Kinakabahan ako sa kapalit,” the people on the set burst out laughing with her funny reaction.
Coco has also a funny reply, “bayaran mo yan!”
“I deserve this. Gagalingan ko po sa pelikulang ito!” Amgelica said.
This project of them Love or Money is the first time that made them co-stars.
The story goes where lovers whose relationship is torn by ambition. The two cross paths years later in Dubai, where Leon (Martin) works as a service crew, and where Angel (Panganiban) has found a “sugar daddy” who can provide for her needs.
