The world is mourning the shocking loss of beloved actor Michael K. Williams, who was found dead in his New York City apartment on Monday.
The Lovecraft Country and The Wire actor was just 54 at the time of his death and there is no foul play believed to be involved. It has been reported that a drug overdose is the suspected cause of death, though nothing has been confirmed.
Many celebs have already spoke out on Twitter with tributes for Michael, who has given us so many memorable performances over the years.
Michael is nominated for an Emmy for Lovecraft Country at next week’s 2021 Emmy Awards and he is a frontrunner to win the award, which would mark his first win.
