Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin are checking out some new properties!

The 32-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey actress and the 44-year-old Coldplay singer meet up with a real estate agent to check out a few properties for sale by the beach on Saturday afternoon (October 30) in Malibu, Calif.

For their outing, Dakota kept things cool and casual in a denim jacket paired with yoga pants while Chris went comfy in black sweats.

Joining the couple for their meeting with the real estate agent was longtime pal Sean Penn.
