Dylan Penn and a female friend are locking lips!
The 30-year-old actress was spotted sharing a passionate kiss with a mystery woman as they left a Halloween party on Saturday night (October 30) in West Hollywood, Calif.

For the party, Dylan and her friend seemingly put a fun, new spin on the iconic blue and orange suits that Lloyd and Harry wore in the 1994 movie Dumb & Dumber, starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels.
Over the summer, Dylan‘s latest movie Flag Day was released. She starred in the film alongside dad Sean Penn, who also directed it.
If you missed it, Dylan recently received a major honor at the 2021 SCAD Savannah Film Festival!
