Jonathan Rhys Meyers Cuts Plea Deal in DUI Case

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has cut a plea deal in his DUI case.

The 44-year-old actor was arrested in November of 2020 for a DUI after getting into a solo minor car accident

Jonathan has agreed to a 1-year summary probation and will avoid jail time as long as he does not get into trouble, TMZ reports. He will pay a fine of $500 and also take a mandatory alcohol ed and counseling program. He was originally charged with 2 DUI-related charges and 1 charge for reckless driving. Jonathan has been to rehab several times over the years for alcohol abuse.
