Aly and AJ said their “bus was caught in the crossfire” but that they “sheltered in place,” adding that everyone in their touring group is safe.
“Thank you for everyone reaching out,” they continued. “A reminder to keep your loved ones extra close today. We have to do something about gun violence in this country.”
E! News writes that according to a release from the Sacramento Police Department, “officers responded to the sounds of shots fired in the area of 10th Street and K Street” at approximately 2:00 a.m. on April 3. Our thoughts are with those affected by this horrible act of violence.
Our bus was caught in the crossfire but we sheltered in place and everyone in our touring group is ok. Thank you for everyone reaching out. A reminder to keep your loved ones extra close today. We have to do something about gun violence in this country.
