Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) and Princess Anne arrive at the RCM and RCOG headquarters on Wednesday (April 27) in London, England.
The 71-year-old daughter of Queen Elizabeth and 40-year-old Duchess of Cambridge got to visit the headquarters of the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) and spend time with the staff.
This is the first time Duchess Kate and Princess Anne have ever done a joint appearance together.
Royal commentator Cameron Walker told Express about the visit, “I think it suggests Princess Anne is kind of supporting Kate as Kate does more and more royal duties on her own without William as she becomes a more senior member of the Royal Family. She is kind of learning from Princess Anne, who is a very hard-working member of the Royal Family.”
Princess Anne was named the “hardest working royal” in a study once, based on how many appearances she had done in a year!
