The 2022 Emmy Awards nominations are in, and some amazing performers and television shows were honored this year – but not everyone is pleased with all the picks.
While plenty of fan favorites made the cut in categories like Outstanding Drama, Outstanding Comedy and Lead Actor and Actress in the Comedy and Drama categories, there were several noticeable omissions in the bunch as well, resulting in an outcry on social media.
We’ve rounded up some of the biggest upsets being called out online.
The Emmy Awards will air on September 12 on NBC and Peacock at 5 p.m. PT in a live three-hour telecast. A host has not yet been named. Check out all of the nominees!
