This concert marks one of the first live shows Travis has put on since his headlining set at Astroworld, where 10 people tragically passed away as a result of crowd surges.
The “Sicko Mode” performer is still facing several lawsuits related to the incident, including one from the family of a 14-year-old who was killed during the festival. He gave his first interview about the show in December 2021, explaining that he hadn’t heard the audience’s cries for help while he was performing.
It was announced in June that he would be headlining his first major U.S. festival since the tragedy, but the show was cancelled earlier this month.
