The 41-year-old media personality was seen wearing a black swimsuit while soaking up the sun with Carter, 41, on Wednesday (August 10) in Positano, Italy.
Paris and Carter were seen sharing some kisses while floating in the water together on pool noodles. He was also seen taking photos of her on the boat.
