The 27-year-old “Circles” star shared a video message after taking a nasty tumble during a Twelve Carat Tour concert at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday night (September 17).

“Hey St. Louis, love you guys so much. Thank you for the patience,” he began.
