How Much Jail Time Is Harvey Weinstein Facing? Second Sexual Assault Trial Starts This Week

Harvey Weinstein‘s next trial is kicking off this week.

The 70-year-old disgraced film producer’s second sexual assault trial begins in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday (October 10), following the New York case where he was convicted of rape and sexual assault in 2020, for which he is currently serving a 23-year sentence.

Now, Harvey‘s next trial – which is expected to last for up to two months – will feature nine sexual assault accusers giving testimony. Jury selection starts this week, and is expected to last for the next two weeks at least.
