Gisele Bündchen is quietly making real estate moves.
The 42-year-old supermodel secretly bought an $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach, located directly across from the place that Tom Brady is building, according to a new report.
The news comes just days after it was revealed that the couple is getting a divorce.

The five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot home “has a near-direct view” of Tom’s under-construction mansion on Indian Creek Island, Page Six reported.
She first viewed the mansion on August 16, days before Tom Brady’s 11-day break from the NFL, which was rumored to be a last-ditch attempt to save their marriage. She closed on the property on October 6.
“Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, which indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on,” a source told the outlet.
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” they added.
The former couple will share joint custody of their kids following their divorce.
