Glen Powell is opening up about Christmas festivities, and Tom Cruise‘s sweet gift.
The 34-year-old Top Gun: Maverick star made an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show on Wednesday (November 30).
During his appearance, Glen talked about dressing up in a tuxedo for his first table read for The Great Debaters in front of superstars like Denzel Washington and Oprah Winfrey. He also revealed that Denzel encouraged him to pursue his acting career!

Later on, he talked about his family’s love for themed parties and reflected on having to strip down to his underwear at Walmart after running around in a gorilla costume.
Glen also told Jennifer about the “most delicious” coconut bundt cake that Tom sends to his co-stars every Christmas, and the Cruise Cake Party Glen throws for his friends to “try a bite or two.”
