General Hospital spoilers indicate that a plan may be forming to take down Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) told her husband, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that she is not going to take Drew’s blackmail lying down anymore, and is going to own up to what she has done.
Curtis advised her to wait, so that they could come up with a plan. That plan could entail the ultimate takedown of Drew on his upcoming wedding day!
Portia Robinson Stalls Drew Cain And Curtis Ashford Meets With Michael Corinthos
Drew would demand that Portia change the blood test results of Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as soon as possible.
Portia would tell him that the lab at GH is backed up, and that he is going to have to wait until after his wedding for her to alter Michael’s test results. Drew would be upset, but ultimately have to wait.
But little does he know that a plan is formulating for his comeuppance. Meanwhile, Curtis fills Michael in on what Drew has demanded from Portia, and brings him in on their plan to bring Drew down once and for all.
Plans To Expose Drew Cain’s Lies On His Wedding Day Begin
Curtis knows about Drew’s dirty fling with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and he plans to expose that secret to stop Drew if he has to. However, he and Michael are mounting enough evidence against Drew to take him down once and for all.
Michael also learns the truth about Drew paying off the receptionist at the burn clinic in Germany, and he has the transfer from Drew’s bank account to prove it! Portia is still nervous and believes that she may have to turn herself in for changing Heather Webber’s (last played by Alley Mills) test results, but Curtis could convince her to hold off.
They could take down Drew before that secret comes out.
Curtis Ashford, Portia Robinson and Michael Corinthos Interrupt The Wedding of Drew Cain and Willow Tait
As Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew prepare to say, “I do,” Curtis, Michael and Portia interrupt and tell Drew that they need to talk to him before he proceeds with the ceremony.
He is angry and refuses, but Curtis tells him that he will want to hear this first or they will just say it right out in the open. Drew complies and go to a different room to talk.
Michael informs him that if he doesn’t call off the wedding, he will tell Willow the truth about Germany, he has evidence to back up his claims. Curtis tells him that he will back off Portia once and for all.
Michael tells him that framing him for an opioid addiction won’t work. Portia would tell him that she refuses to change the results, and Drew is livid.
Curtis Ashford Tells Drew Cain To Call Off The Wedding Or Else…
Curtis would tell Drew at this point that he needs to call off the wedding, or Willow will know everything, even the fact that he and Nina were sleeping together.
Drew would tell Curtis that he can’t prove that, and that Willow would never believe it. Curtis said that once Nina is pressed she will admit the truth, and Willow would never forgive him.
Drew would have no choice, but to leave Willow at the altar. Willow would be devastated and blame Michael of course!
