Second Time’s The Charm?
After making such a big deal about it for months, Christine ‘Cricket’ Blair (Lauralee Bell) and Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) are finally ready to say ‘I Do’ for the second time. Their last wedding was in Hawaii decades ago, but now they are ready to get married again and get it right this time.
On Friday, friends and family gather for the big event. We will finally learn what wedding dress fans chose for Christine and whether the wedding cake will be a cake or donuts. This is some riveting soap opera.
Will their plans go off without a hitch or will something get in the way of Danny and Christine becoming man and wife all over again?
A New Power Couple?
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) might have returned to Genoa City with the aim of winning back Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), but things have not been going his way. However, Phyllis Summers (Michell Stafford) is a nice distraction on both a personal and professional level. Their kiss last week will lead to so much more, which is bound to make Lily jealous, but maybe Cane wants it that way.
Phyllis started this game to learn as much about Cane’s little AI project as possible, but she never expected to actually develop feelings for him.
L.A. Stories
As expected, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Collins (Sharon Case) do more digging into what is really going on with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), who is calling himself Mitch Bacall. By the end of the week, Sharon stands her ground with Matt. Will he still claim innocence?
It also turns out that Matt knows all about Sienna Bacall’s (Tamara Braun) affair with Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) and is about to lay out a trap for his wife and her lover, the son of a couple he has hated so much for so many years.
