General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) may or may not have been able to convince Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to take Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) out!
There’s no way the ABC soap would kill off one of the most popular characters they have, but it is possible that Marco’s been written into a fatal corner!
What?-Marco Told Cullum To Put A Hit On Sonny?!
We were absolutely stunned when we heard that Lucas Jones’ (Van Hansis) boyfriend had the audacity to tell Cullum to take out Sonny for the sake of their secretive project.
This wasn’t merely a daring action- one that daddy Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) would definitely disapprove of- it was potentially a death wish. Just think about it: how many characters have ever targeted Sonny and his loved ones and lived to share their story?
While Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) might be exceptions to this grim trend, the precedent was firmly set. There were the late Luis Alcazar (Ted King), Claudia Zacchara-Corinthos (Sarah Joy Brown) and John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington).

In addition to that, Julian Jerome (William DeVry), and several others over the years-the chances of Marco making it out alive are clearly not in his favor.
And Marco’s body may never be found-in spite of Sonny’s soft spot for his late mother, who he had a close friendship with for quite a while.
When Marco’s attempt ends up being a failure, chaos is bound to ensue, and it will probably bounce back on Marco himself! Although Cullum appeared to dismiss the command, Marco is certainly not the type to abandon his quest to take Sonny out-six feet under, to be precise! It’s worth noting that Marco holds Sonny responsible for the demise of his wicked mother, Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue), and this mobster is definitely going to seek revenge in a significant manner.
Sidwell Thinks He Has the Port Charles Don Well In Hand
Sidwell is convinced that he can manage the don, but is that truly the case-can he genuinely exert control and maintain it? After all, Sonny executed a federal agent in cold blood and never faced any legal consequences for his actions. They don’t refer to him as the Teflon don for no reason.
But as long as Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Sonny can’t disprove that they didn’t collude to kill Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) they’re safe.
But once they’ve managed to either disprove the evidence Sidwell’s holding over them, all bets are off-and Sonny might just take down both Sidwell and his son in one fell swoop!
