General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Harrison Chase and his wife, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) are looking to expand their family, but have hit some obstacles along the way.
With that said, the character’s portrayer, Josh Swickard, recently announced some incredible news regarding his real-life family.

Josh, along with his wife, Lauren Swickard, uploaded a joint Instagram post on Sunday, January 4, which was a video of the couple, along with their two kiddos, Savannah and Arthur, enjoying some time on their farm outside of L.A. With that said, it also offered up some BIG family news.
In the caption, Lauren wrote, “Exciting New Year’s update from the Swickard fam 
@joshswickard just a couple more months…
.” She goes on to note that, “The Swickard farm is … GROWING!!!”
The video highlights some sweet moments of the family riding on a tractor. It also shows Lauren dancing while cradling her stomach and posing for pics with her son and daughter.
In addition, there are some cute clips of her celebrating with a pregnancy test in the bathroom, and a horse giving her baby bump kisses (licks).
It also shows Josh riding a horse with Arthur, as well as some scenes of goats and chickens on their farm, and the kids playing.

Josh & Lauren’s Love Story
Josh and Lauren met on the flick, Roped, and starred together on the Netflix movie, A California Christmas, which she wrote. They’d later star in the sequel, A California Christmas: City Lights.
The two announced their engagement in December 2018 and got married in July 2019. Savannah was born in April 2021, while Arthur arrived on scene in February 2023.
Swickard joined General Hospital in 2018. In 2023, Lauren snagged a short-term role, playing Janice, a nurse at Ferncliff during Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) unruly stay.
Some GH colleagues who “liked” the Swickard family post included Steve Burton (Jason Morgan), Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos), and Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli). Plus, former GHer, Elizabeth Hendrickson, who played Margaux Dawson from 2018-2019, also liked the post. Of course, Hendrickson is best known for her role on The Young and the Restless as Chloe Fisher and is currently directing for the soap.
