Becky Moore has been name-dropped a LOT on The Bold and the Beautiful forums and spoiler sites. Now that her biological son Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) is back in Los Angeles, it’s time to take a look back at Rebecca “Becky” Moore Garrison’s Days of Our Lives time on the soap opera (although it was brief). Back in the day, Baby Deke was a BIG deal on B&B.
Marissa Tait debuted on Bold and the Beautiful as Becky Moore back in 1999. Becky escaped from the desert trailer park and came to Los Angeles to pursue a fashion career.
It was also revealed that she was the cousin of fan fave Amber Moore (Arienne Frantz). Becky and Amber clashed over the men in their lives, CJ Garrison and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
Who Was Deke’s Bio Mom On B&B
In 2000 (less than a year after she came to town), it was revealed that Becky wasn’t going to live much longer and she was diagnosed with a deadly form of pancreatic cancer.
Amber and Becky Moore ended up being pregnant at the same time on the CBS soap. Amber was pregnant with Rick Forrester’s baby, and Becky was believed to be carrying CJ Garrison’s baby.
Unfortunately, Amber lost her baby. Lucky for her, she had a cousin on her death bed with a newborn baby that she couldn’t raise.
Amber Moore swapped her baby with her dying cousins, and Deke was originally raised as Rick’s son Eric Forrester Jr.
After Becky died, Amber’s baby swap was exposed and she confessed that she had swapped Rick’s baby with Becky and CJ’s baby. Amber ended up hooking up with Deke/Little Eric’s dad CJ Garrison and they raised him as theirs for a while.
B&B Spoilers: Deke’s Real Dad Was Revealed
Later down the line another twist came to light on The Bold and the Beautiful and Deacon learned the baby Amber Moore was dragging around was actually HIS son. Since bio mom Becky was dead, Deacon got the little boy and changed his name to “Deke.”
The odds of Becky Moore (Marissa Tait) ever returning to Bold and the Beautiful are slim to none, seeing as how she died from cancer over two decades ago. But, that doesn’t mean Deke’s “other mom” Amber Moore won’t pop up to pay him a visit.
