Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that fans have known Cary Christopher, who plays Thomas DiMera, was on his way out of the soap, but weren’t aware of his last airdate. The actor hopped on social media recently and announced when viewers can expect his final episode to air.
Cary Christopher’s Last Days Airdate
Christopher confirmed his final appearance on the Peacock soap via social media. In a Facebook post, his caption read, “Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives. February 17th will be my last appearance as Thomas DiMera. Thanks for all the memories.”
The post had a collage of photos with co-stars, including, Diedre Hall (Marlena Evans), his onscreen father, Billy Flynn (ex-Chad DiMera), his onscreen cousin Alice Halsey (Rachel Black), his onscreen sister, Autumn Gendron (Charlotte DiMera), as well as his onscreen grandparents, Melissa Reeves (Jennifer Horton Deveraux), and Matthew Ashford (Jack Deveraux).
Cary Christopher’s Next Project
Fans knew that Christoper was wrapping up his time at Days. In a more recent Facebook post in January, he noted his final appearance as Thomas was coming “next month”. In addition, his FB caption read, “It’s been such a great ride! Please welcome the new Thomas with open arms! And on January 25th my new show, It’s Not Like That, premieres! I think you will absolutely love it.”
It went on to say, “And right now I am in Berlin working on an exciting new project.”
In addition, he’s got other projects on the horizon, including roles in the Prime Video series Spider-Noir and the horror movie Weapons.
Christopher may be wrapping up his time on soaps and Days of Our Lives, but it looks like this is only the beginning for him and his acting career.
After all, Christopher was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in the category of Outstanding Younger Performer in 2023, and this year, he’s scored a nomination for the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Young Actor/Actress for his work on Weapons. In 2025, he received the San Diego Film Critics Society Award for Best
Youth Performance for Weapons.
Christopher has been with Days of Our Lives since 2020.
