The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that the Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) that we used to know and love is certainly not the same Taylor that we’ve been seeing on the small screen these days.
Are The Writers ‘Destroying’ Taylor’s Character?
That’s because Taylor used to be a woman that men would chase and now for some reason, she’s become this meek, somewhat confused but definitely unethical woman that looks like she doesn’t have a thought in her head at times.
She knows that her affair with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) is wrong, but she’s pulled in it anyway, prompting a lot of fans to wonder how long this is going to last and why on Earth is she even doing it anyway.
It goes without saying that many The Bold and the Beautiful fans had a lot to say about where this is headed on social media.
Some even commented with, “Taylor was never a saint. She has done some stuff. So, I’m not surprised at this outcome with Deacon.”
What’s Next For Taylor Hayes?
“Sheila isn’t going to kill anybody. Deacon jumped out the window in his birthday suit. Sheila isn’t dumb. She figures things out and plays mind games with both of them.”
Another critic wrote, “Truly the Taylor people loved–or rather, the façade of the decent human being she was, because her hands have never been clean–died the day she was shot by Sheila 25 years ago. It’s been downhill ever since.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Suddenly Taylor is being written like a completely different person. WHY?? If the writers wanted to go this route, why not create a new character? Or use someone else…like Poppy…for Deacon to have an affair.”
“This version of Taylor makes no sense, and flies in the face of everything about her that had been established over decades.”
Then again, B&B fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
