Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates indicate that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) has left Bayview this week, and it’s clear she’s still plotting her revenge.
Additionally, she appears unconcerned that her close friend Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) was returned to Bayview due to her actions.
Sophia Remains A Volatile Force
It’s clear that Sophia remains a volatile force, poised to wreak havoc and disrupt lives. With Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) manipulating Sophia to do her dirty work, the situation is bound to escalate.
However, it seems that Sophia is on the brink of facing her comeuppance and may soon be taken down.
Who will finally put an end to Sophia’s reign of chaos? Kristen appears indifferent to the harm Sophia caused to Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) specifically; her main concern is that Sophia is exploiting Rachel, which has put her own daughter in jeopardy.
Marlena Advised That Rachel Needs More Inpatient Treatment
Furthermore, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) advised the judge to send Rachel back to Bayview for necessary inpatient treatment. Ultimately, someone, whether it be Kristen, Holly, or the authorities must intervene to stop Sophia for good; but who will take that step?
The reality is, Sophia has been stirring up trouble and accumulating enemies ever since she persuaded her attorney, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang), to withdraw her from Bayview.
Then she proceeded to testify at Baby Trey DiMera’s (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue) final adoption hearing in court. And naturally, it turns out that Melinda had no influence over the situation.
Sophia Split The Scene
Since Sophia is now 18, she left without any intention of returning, contrary to Melinda’s belief that she would.
Consequently, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) were both furious and quite anxious when Sophia, who had been pretending to be mute, suddenly appeared and started talking, creating last-minute chaos.
Fortunately, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) came to the rescue-he stepped in as Johnny and Chanel’s attorney, which annoyed Belle Brady (Martha Madison).
EJ then revealed all the evidence of Sophia’s terrible behavior, explaining to the judge the ordeal Johnny and Chanel had endured for months. As a result, the judge ruled in their favor, granting Trey a permanent home.
Sophia Is Far From Pleased
However, Sophia is far from pleased about this outcome-you can already see the gears turning in her devious mind. Johnny and Chanel are extremely worried that Sophia won’t just fade away quietly.
She has already attempted to sabotage Johnny’s life by sending those compromising photos of a passed-out Holly Jonas to his phone.
Sophia forwarded the identical pictures to the CPS worker handling Chanel and Johnny’s adoption case. Therefore, we can assume they are also worried that Sophia could attempt something else-she might even try to take baby Trey.
Holly, Sophia And Tate’s Twisted History
Alright, let’s move on to Holly; she and Tate Black (Leo Howard) have just received confirmation from Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) that it was Sophia behind the pill swap, not Rachel. Naturally, they are aware that Sophia is out of Bayview and roaming free in Salem.
Holly and Tate want nothing to do with her; they don’t want to encounter her at all. Sophia has been trying to ruin Holly’s life for quite some time because she felt wronged back in high school.
Tate was secretly dating Holly and took Sophia to the prom as a cover, which was never genuine. Sophia had a massive crush on Tate for a long period and felt misled and strung along, which is completely true.
Sophia Jumped In Bed With Tate The Minute She Got A Chance
However, the moment she got the chance, Sophia jumped into bed with Tate. Sophia still harbors a twisted infatuation with him-Holly has accused her of this; this is why Sophia continues to lash out at Holly.
Tate and Holly are not only furious about the pills that Sophia used to drug Holly, but Tate is also enraged about Sophia’s lies regarding the fake adoption.
Additionally, there’s the deception where she made Tate believe she was only with him while she had also been intimate with Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo), who turned out to be Trey’s biological father.
Kristen And Sophia Working Together?
And then, of course, we have the wild Kristen; she literally collided with Sophia and then unleashed her fury for using Rachel as her personal drug courier.
Kristen went off on Sophia for exploiting the defenseless little Rachel, who, let’s be honest, is about as defenseless as a snake. Naturally, Sophia lied, denied everything, and put on that innocent deer-in-the-headlights expression she does so well.
She pleaded with Kristen not to harm her-and Sophia has every reason to be frightened because Kristen is a total nightmare. After she cornered and frightened Sophia, we heard Kristen telling her that she could make amends-and Kristen is out for revenge against both Marlena and EJ.
