The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) wants to move forward. However, RJ Forrester’s (Brayan Nicoletti) influence could be detrimental to her.
Viewers were given the climax they’ve been waiting weeks for when Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) finally heard the truth. Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire) told her about Ivy Forrester’s (Ashleigh Brewer) terrible manipulations.
Thankfully, Electra and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) commiserated shortly thereafter, and these poor souls reconciled. Next, they should confront Ivy together and either reset the ground rules or distance themselves from her.
Ivy Forrester Isn’t Sorry And Can Revise Bad Plan
Ivy went well beyond familial concern this year. As Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) humorously suggested, she appeared to be channeling his late mother, Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery).
Longtime fans recall the intense drama Stephanie created in various people’s lives, most especially Ridge’s and Eric Forrester’s (John McCook). That was due to her feelings about Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), but healing happened by the time Stephanie died, which created a timeless farewell scene for Flannery’s character on the beach.
It will be a long time before Electra comes to forgive what Ivy did to her and Will. There’s no excuse for her behavior, and considering that Brewer’s character told Ridge she believes his son, RJ, is the right man for Electra, more drama seems to be ahead.
Melissa Dylan Is Trying To Make It In California
Melissa needed a break after losing her art teacher’s job last year. She didn’t get one and had to live in her car. Why she didn’t seek her family’s help remains a mystery and a debatable point in this character’s developing storyline.
But fans know that Melissa was written back into the show, as the lady who accidentally killed Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), for a reason. That reason has a name, and it’s Will.
That makes RJ’s interrogation of Melissa in Forrester Creations’ design room intriguing. He doesn’t plan on giving up on Electra and believes Melissa still wants Will, but doesn’t have a plan to get him.
Electra Forrester Still Has Dark Forces Around Her
Remy Price (Christian Weissman) was revealed as the man who deep-faked, if that’s even a real term, in the recent past. So, it wouldn’t be overly surprising, especially in this soapy world, if he and Melissa are either siblings or have some form of unknown connection.
That link would deepen Electra’s negative feelings about Melissa. How it would affect Will remains to be seen because he has a fondness for her that doesn’t appear to have waned.
RJ doesn’t necessarily need Melissa to go along with his disruption plans. Instead, he could operate as Ivy has to date. Both Forresters could combine their efforts to reposition Will with Melissa so that Electra’s doubts are exploited anew this spring or into the summer.
