The Young and the Restless spoilers note that Patty Williams is officially back in Genoa City and is settling back into the little town.
The character’s portrayer, Stacy Haiduk, recently sat down with Soaps.com and talked about Patty’s goals, which seem to be far more than just winning back Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) heart.
Patty Williams’ Goals
The Young and the Restless spoilers remind fans that Patty made an explosive return. While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) kidnapped Jack and held him hostage on a yacht in the middle of Lake Michigan, Patty was aboard the ship as well and was successfully able to seduce her ex to land him in bed.
Sure, there were some drugs likely involved in it all; however, as Jack’s wife, Diane Abbott (Susan Walters), caught the two barely dressed and in bed, it was a good score on Patty’s part, all around!
Diane quickly moved out of the mansion as soon as they got back into town, and Patty is sitting pretty and ready to win back her ex’s heart.
With that said, that’s not the only mission Patty has. Haiduk tells Soaps.com that Patty wants to work her way back into GC society and be viewed as a “fabulous woman”. The actress goes on to say, “She wants to be able to walk through this town where she grew up and have everybody see her differently.”
Haiduk Teases “Fun” Scenes Ahead
Still, to be seen differently also means that everyone is willing to forgive her for all the terrible things Patty has done in the past. With that said, if she can redeem herself, which will be a feat in itself, Patty will still have one person who won’t budge on the forgiveness side of things, and that’s Diane.
Haiduk tells Soaps.com that Patty and Diane have their share of history, and the two are embarking on a new rivalry, so fans need to stay tuned for some (according to Haiduk) ‘fun’ and ‘far out’ scenes.
