General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is set to ambush Cassius Faison, also known as “Fake Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey), in a daring bid to escape her dire situation.
The ABC soap has unveiled its preview for the week of May 18-22, featuring a scene where Josslyn discovers a message from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Josslyn Finds Anna’s Notes On The Wall Of Her Cell
While rearranging her bed in her cell at Wynde
mere, she stumbles upon some writing on the wall that reads, ‘Anna Devane was held captive here. I was taken on 10.31.25.’
This revelation could send Joss into a complete panic; after all, Anna went missing and was later found in Paris following a severe mental health crisis.
Currently, Anna is in a mental health facility in France, leaving her loved ones deeply concerned for her well-being.
As the weekly video promo unfolds, Josslyn pledges to escape her predicament, and then a clip reveals Cassius entering her cell’s bedroom, only for Josslyn to strike him with a chair. Cassius has clearly underestimated Josslyn from the very beginning.
Cassius Kidnapped Josslyn And Put Her In “Anna’s Old Room”
He learned that Joss was not just a ‘ditzy sorority girl’ but a WSB agent; it was foolish for him to attack her at home and hide her in the Spoon Island tunnels.
His bosses, WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), don’t know Joss is being held hostage, and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is also unaware. It’s only a matter of time before someone notices Josslyn is missing or sees her in her cell at Wyndemere.
Cassius’s plan for Josslyn is unclear, but it seems it will fail during the week of May 18. Joss has the element of surprise; will she escape, or will her plan backfire?
Anna Tried To Escape But Pascal Caught Her
As fans remember, Anna also tried to break free from her cell prison when Pascal (Mark Forget) was overseeing her hostage situation, and she failed spectacularly.
On that note, there’s always the possibility that Sidwell’s unsettling butler is lurking nearby when Josslyn knocks Cassius out, meaning Josslyn’s attempt to escape could land her in even deeper trouble than before.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that both Cassius and Joss were moving towards a potential alliance last week to take down Sidwell and Cullum.
They wanted to free ‘Fake Nathan’ from his current predicament, so will this escape attempt jeopardize that plan as well? And Britt would have been included in that plan as well, so what about her?
