The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) got it exactly right. Eric Forrester (John McCook), like Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), sees him and his Spencer family as evil cartoon character villains.
Eric, who is often the wisest voice in the room, has been thrown off his game ever since he went to Logan.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is blamed for that event, even though Ridge provoked his father’s behavior.
That sequence reinforced that people of any age range can have trouble handling their emotions.
Stuck in the middle is someone who is precious, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace).
That was the only point of dialogue where Eric and Will agreed. But the divergence of their disagreement about her future is as wide as the beautiful Pacific Ocean, which is seen in various establishing shots.
Ridge Forrester Retains Guilt
Ridge still mentions how badly he handled the fear he held for his father’s health future.
He believed that Eric was endangering himself by working too hard. So, he decided to force him to retire.
The planned retirement party, which was held in the showroom, went as badly as could be imagined. Eric felt betrayed and humiliated.
Ridge and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) immediately realized what had happened.
But it took months to deal with the damage, which included Eric offering his advice and eventually, his designs to Katie Logan (Heather Tom).

Electra Forrester Forced To Choose Family Over First Love
To be fair, Eric has far more experience with love than Electra and Will. While that doesn’t erase their shared feelings, it does point to their inexperience.
Will and Electra aren’t married or engaged. Instead, like high-schoolers, they’ve worn a self-created nickname, which plays to fans on the other side of the screen. But their WE pendants are genuine.
It’s fair to wonder if Electra’s heart will change if she has an extended period of being separated from Will.
That’s never happened with Ridge and Brooke, and Eric reunited with one of his loves, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), after many years apart.
Eric followed Ridge’s directive that Electra had to cut Will loose. Her pressured choice could cause Grace’s character to be written in either direction.
Will Spencer Is A Wronged Man
The Forresters don’t seem to recognize that they’ve positioned Will as the ultimate bad boy, which could deepen Electra’s commitment to him.
She continues to say that love isn’t an issue, but that her Los Angeles, California, family is making her choose family over Will.
Morrow’s character didn’t do himself any favors by punching RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) in the ribs at Bikini Bar and then landing multiple blows to his rival’s face at the beach house.
So, the summer settings theme was twice connected to what Electra dubbed violence.
This younger generation of Forresters and the Spencer in question are prone to exaggerated views of reality.
Such is true of the young at any age. Being bold and beautiful also means that drama isn’t likely to stop any time soon.
