Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s start off by chatting about what is coming up during the week of August 3. First of all, it sounds like Lexie Carter (Nikki Crawford) could wake up just in time to save Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).
Lexie collapsed before getting something to unlock the shipping container.
Then, we know from the spoilers for the upcoming week that Rachel gets a surprise visitor. That is probably Kristen impersonating Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk).
We also know Lexie will be okay for now. Later in the week, she says goodbye.
Finding Gwen Rizczech
Over with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), he shoots down a kidnapping theory. Rafe will inform Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) didn’t take Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
Of course, fans already know that it was Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte). While Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) does find Gwen, saving her is another story!
Joy Wesley’s Medical Issue
As for Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins), she’s at the pub when she suddenly gets really bad arm pain. This could be connected to her car accident, and the devastating news she gets later in the week. I wonder if she will need more help taking care of the baby.
Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) might think Joy is exaggerating the issues, but I can’t see Joy going that far. The lady truly does love being a mom. So, we will see how Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) supports his child’s mother without pissing off his wife.
Next 2 Weeks
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of August 10 suggest that Joy might need more care depending on her medical diagnosis. That could have Joy and Alex spending a lot more time together, especially if this impacts how she cares for the baby.
Over with Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews), he could keep connecting with Stephanie.
Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will learn the truth, presumably about the Coriseal.
Plus, what does the future hold for EJ? Everything seems to be coming down for him. While EJ does have a heart, you wouldn’t know it with his recent actions. So, how on Earth is EJ going to get redemption this time?
