The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) is rightfully upset.
Who wouldn’t be, after realizing the betrayal of having Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) jump to Logan? But add to that RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) being elevated above him in the family corporate order.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t wrong for recognizing that his son’s idea has great potential.
Eric Forrester (John McCook), who founded the company, agrees that shifting Forrester Creations’ focus to a new youth line that is led by and features Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) makes perfect sense.
But Zende knows what this means for him. He’s working under his cousin, who’s barely out of college. Ridge Junior gets the spoils and has been talking to Zende as though he’s his superior.
Remember What Zende Forrester Dominguez Did With Luna Nozawa?
Devoted viewers recall when Joshua Hoffman (RJ) played Ridge’s and Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) son. That fine actor was part of the cast in 2023 and 2024.
Hoffman’s edition of the character became involved with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), which was before she killed two people.
But the audience watched a foreshadowing of Luna’s sinister side when she targeted Zende while supposedly being committed to RJ.
That naturally led to his disillusionment with Zende until the cousins eventually saw that Luna deceived both men.
It was decided that a recast was needed, and so RJ disappeared for a while.
He was referenced by his parents as travelling the world and having become an influencer, which was a topical way to keep his name in the story and establish RJ’s return in the form of Nicoletti, who has performed well.
Hope Logan Spencer Had To Make The Move
Hope was sidelined by Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Hope for the Future was shelved, and Noelle’s character was given vague information about its possible return. Plus, Steffy treated Hope badly.
Viewers know that everyone will eventually learn that Steffy betrayed John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) by becoming pregnant with Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) child and is attempting to hide that with an egg donor and surrogate ruse.
They will patiently wait for what is sure to be a great scene when Hope lets Steffy know that she’s aware of that incredible deception.
In the meantime, Hope’s line is beating expectations at Logan. That reality is applying tremendous pressure to FC, which has suffered a series of self-imposed blunders this year.
Forrester Creations’ Team Shrinks Again?
FC lost Eric, who later returned, Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone), and Hope to Katie Logan Spencer’s (Heather Tom) startup.
But the fashion world knows that Logan is hardly a fledgling company because it has Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) money behind it and a pipeline to the Forrester family business.
Sure, Zende joins Hope at Logan. That’s why various scenes have dialogue where the Logan team is discussing that very possibility, with Katie pushing Hope to reach out to de Metz’ character to gauge his interest.
Disenchantment caused Eric and Kate to leave FC loudly. Deke wasn’t offered a contract, became a free agent, and was grateful to land at Logan, where he’s already making a name for himself.
Adding a designer with Zende’s pedigree would be another coup. But it would also continue a game of dirty pool, as the Foresters see it.
So, Zende will weigh the options as he balances Hope having left him behind and RJ’s shadow blocking the sun indefinitely.
