This certain one viral video draws attention from many of us as we didn’t expected what we have watched. It shows one homeless man speaking in English.
If we ever see beggars or homeless people around the streets, we expect them to only know that hardships of life. But sometimes, we don’t know their stories.
Just like this beggar man in Cebu who was known as Berta. He went viral at first when one netizen uploaded a video of him talking in English in the middle of a street.
Berta seems talking to nobody but she is speaking in English that’s why the netizen was shocked and entertained.
Afterwards, he became known in Cebu as well as in social media as a beggar who can speak using universal language so fluently.
Another video of him that was uploaded when a girl asked her some questions. The girl who seemed to be inside a car took a video of Berta.
The girl asked him on how’s he doing. Berta answered without any pause, “The same as usual. Life is wonderful, life is precious and life is powerful,” Berta said with a tone of answering in beauty pageants.
Now some quite has passed, do you ever wonder where he is now? In a video that was uploaded on Youtube, Berta is inside of what seems to he a home.
He looks so clean and more presentable compared to his viral videos. According to one netizen who also had the chance to meet him, Berta is a former teacher and the rest is history.
This Sunday, Berta will be featured by Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho.
