Ian De Leon gave a message to his mother, veteran actress Nora Aunor, amid their family issues.
Recently, the birthday party prepared by Nora Aunor for her son, Ian de Leon, turned into an advanced holiday celebration.
It is after Ian didn’t show up.
December 11 was Ian’s exact 45th birthday .
Ian is Nora’s only biological child with her ex-husband Christopher de Leon.
In Ian’s live stream on his YouTube channel this Sunday night, December 13, titled “The Bitter Truth,” Ian revealed his thoughts and reasons why he did not attend his mother’s prepared party.
At the beginning of his Livestream, Ian said that he loved his mother dearly.
“Pero kasi, ang sakit na, e. Hindi ko na kayang manahimik pa,” Ian quipped.
Even though he is in showbiz, Ian and his family still choose to keep their important events private, such as when they get together on occasions.
Ian recounted how his Mommy Nora started planning to prepare him for his birthday.
Ian said, “Tumawag ang mommy ko, tuwang-tuwa kami kasi ilang taon kaming hindi nag-usap.
“Tuwang-tuwang tuwa ako dahil nag-I love you-han kami, nag-I miss you-han kami, nagkuwentuhan kami.”
He went on saying that he is overfilled with joy that finally his mom decided to cope with things up with him.
Nora even apologized to him for all his “shortcomings” and “sins”, and Ian answered with an apology as well.
Furthermore, according to Ian, Nora wants to invite someone to the party and he refused and admitted that he does not think he’ll be comfortable about it. He also defended his siblings who are bashed over their family issues.
Ian then asks his mother to give their family a chance to take care of her.
