Willie Revillame seems to be disappointed over Miss Universe Philippines Miss Manila 2020.
It is after the latter did not showed up in the segment Tutok To Win It of noontime show Wowowin. The host recently invited her to be the guest co-host of that day.
In an episode of the said Kapuso noontime show, Willie explained that Miss Manila should be his guest co-host but she didn’t showed up.
“Dapat si Miss Manila ang guest co-host natin kasi may ano daw pala… merong shoot.”
At this point, the lead host Willie Revillame seems to be disappointed as his tone changes.
“Sorry Miss Manila hindi ka na namin mague-guest. Hindi mo kami binigyan ng pagkakataon na makilala at makasama ka,” he said.
The 59-year-old host further explained that they contacted Miss Manila since Friday saying that the show will have her as a guest co-host. Miss Manila even committed.
Willie also said that the show should have gave her the chance for exposure of ever Miss Manila went to the show.
It turns out that Willie tenporarily advised Michelle Gumabao and Herlene Budol not to go to the show that day as he reserved Miss Manila to be the co-host of him.
It can remembered that Willie invited Miss Manila on air when Herlene shared her experince with the latter. According to Hipon Girl, she felt a little bit offended when the beauty queen told her to be in a “Rave” level confidence during an event of Frontrow.
This encounter of them made Hipon emotional and even questioned herself if she is ashamed to be with because of the way she is.
