Gwen Stefani is getting the love on her 52nd birthday!
Blake Shelton took to social media on Sunday (October 3) to pen a sweet tribute to his wife on her birthday.

“Happy birthday to my better half.. my WIFE!!!! I love you @gwenstefani!” the 45-year-old country singer and The Voice coach wrote on Instagram.
Along with his sweet message, Blake shared a never-before-seen, black and white of he and Gwen dancing at their wedding.
Gwen and Blake got married back during the Fourth of July Weekend several months ago at their ranch in Oklahoma.
The two started dating in 2015 after meeting as coaches on The Voice.
