Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are offline.
Deadline writes that the social media services have been affected in the U.S. as well as several other countries based on data from DownDetector and other monitors.

Facebook said in a statement that it is “aware that some people are having trouble accessing Facebook app” and is working to resolve the issues.
The outage comes after a series of articles from the Wall Street Journal that alleged the company made a number of decisions that contradicted their own research findings.
