General Hospital spoilers and updates tease there’s a strong possibility that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will betray his long-time friend, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). This includes a recent damaging article in Aurora Media targeting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Now, Drew is pressuring Portia to frame Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) by tampering with his medical records to falsely indicate that he has an opioid addiction.
Drew Is Taking Extreme Measures To Make Sure They Win Custody Of Willow’s Children
Drew is focused on getting full-time custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) with Willow.
In true cut-throat congressman fashion, he is ready to cross boundaries to make this happen. Portia, of course, wants no part in this plan, but what options does she have now? She thought about giving up her medical license to safeguard Wiley and Amelia, but Curtis has other ideas.
This week, Drew and Willow will get ready to say, “I do,” but as fans know, weddings in Port Charles never go smoothly.
Curtis Will Do Anything To Save His Wife
The General Hospital preview for the week of July 21-25 provides intriguing details about some dramatic moments, with scenes that hint Curtis might reveal the truth to Willow.
In the earlier promo mentioned, there’s footage of him and Portia in her office at the hospital, where Curtis promises to fight for her, even if it means betraying a friend.
In the promo released for the whole week on July 21, Curtis bursts into the bridal dressing room at the church as Willow is there.
This is followed by a shot of Willow looking confused and hurt, seemingly at Drew. Fans are aware that Nina and Curtis have a long history and have stayed close despite numerous challenges over the years, so his decision to betray Nina to protect Portia is significant.
Nina’s Relationship With Her Daughter Is At Risk If The Secret Comes Out
Curtis understands how important Nina’s relationship with Willow is to her, along with the challenges Nina faced to not only locate her daughter but also to establish a genuine mother-daughter connection.

Drew Will Get A Taste Of His Own Medicine
It’s clear that Drew is about to experience the consequences of his actions soon, as Curtis is likely to reveal the Drew and Nina affair to Willow.
