February Sweeps has wrapped, and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is back home with her family — including Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
Convinced that she wants him, not Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), Maxie doesn’t look like she’s going to waver, but could she feel differently if Nathan moves on too? Meanwhile,
\\///\\has been slowly but surely moving past the loss of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and now it looks like he’s fit to move right on with someone else — but not Lulu Spencer (Aleza Havins Bruening).
Make it make sense! Will Dante and Maxie moving on with romances of their own open the door for Nathan and Lulu to take things where they both seem to want to go?
General Hospital Spoilers — Maxie Has Moved On
Truth be told, Maxie moved on a long time ago. First, with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), even having baby Bailey Lu Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski) with him.
Well, sort of with him. Spinelli, as always, came to her rescue in the aftermath of Peter’s terror.
He picked her up, comforted her back to health, and made the world around her and the kids feel stable again just in time for Maxie to realize she fell back in love with him.
In the six months she was in a coma, she didn’t lose that love, but the seven years she spent without Nathan made life without him tolerable.
Now, she’s happy to continue her life with Spinelli, but no one told her she might have to watch Nathan find love again too — or how closely it would hit home.
GH Spoilers Suggest Dante Dares to Do the Same
Dante’s sudden interest in Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) had heads turning this week. Maybe we’re just not used to seeing Dante flirt with anyone anymore.
He’s been a little closed off, negative, and all-around shut down since Sam’s death. If the Head Nurse is what it takes to bring a smile to his face, I’m here for it. But what is Lulu going to think? She’s been struggling to move past her feelings for him ever since she woke up, and now he’s finally ready to move on, and he’s not even looking in her direction? That might sting.
General Hospital Spoilers — Nathan Wants Lulu, But Will She Feel the Same?
Will Lulu suffer from emotional whiplash if Dante starts expressing his interest in Elizabeth? What is everyone’s favorite nurse actually returns his romantic interest? How will Lulu rationalize it in her mind that Dante isn’t in love with her anymore like he claimed last Spring? Will that make it easier for her to explore her feelings for Nathan and not feel guilty about betraying Dante with his best friend? Perhaps, but betraying her own best friend, Maxie, isn’t looking like an easy pill to swallow for Lulu, and it might lead her to question why it looks so easy for Nathan.
