Where Is Prince Harry At With His Royal Family Reconciliation Plans?

If there’s a real-world indication of how far Prince Harry has fallen out with his family, it remains the fact that the only known royal to have visited the couple’s Montecito mansion is Princess Eugenie.

Even when Duchess Sophie went stateside for some combo of work and fun, she still did not see it necessary to call in at the Sussexes’ mansion.

On top of all this, we are hearing that Prince Harry has gotten a few people to try to make contact with his brother Prince William, but so far the latter is said to value his peace above all else.

But really, how far along has Harry gotten when it comes to removing the obstacle of security?

Prince Harry Could Be Denied Taxpayer-funded Security To Avoid Public Backlash

After losing out against RAVEC in court last year over his security issue, Prince Harry made another push for it by imploring the government to look into the case.

At the moment, Home Office is deliberating on it, but rumors say talks aren’t going to Prince Harry’s favor.

“There is nervousness among certain members of the committee who fear a public backlash. The political side believe there is too much political risk, while the police and security chiefs believe that he absolutely must have it due to the extant threat,” a source told The Telegraph.

Harry has been insistent that the issue of security was the one major reason he won’t be bringing his wife and children to the UK. This, according to him, has prevented his children from enjoying the rich British culture he grew up with.

At present, Harry is patiently waiting for a response from RAVEC, after submitting the required documents. He is due to return to Britain in July to participate in the kicking off of events marking the one-year countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games, set to take place in Birmingham.

Harry is said to have extended his father a VIP invitation to the Games, even though we don’t know yet whether the King plans on attending. If you can remember, King Charles was conveniently busy when Harry returned to the UK in 2025 to mark the 10-year anniversary of the veteran games.
