The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Matt Searches For Who He Is – Final Climax Coming?

The Young and The Restless: Matt Clark (Roger Howarth)

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) has no idea who he is, but he feels that Genoa City, Wisconsin, is familiar. He’s recognized no one yet, but was met with hostility by a man he had no memory of ever meeting.

Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) rightfully disbelieved Matt. He dismissed the apparent claim of amnesia as a lie and was then punched in the face by him.

Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) created Matt’s memory problems. Yet, the gash on his head is nearly invisible. Soap-time is different than reality. So, fans are led to believe that a gap from when Sienna reacted in self-defense in the desert and he reappeared in GC occurred.

Desert Flashback Told The Story

Matt pushed a digital button on his smartphone, and viewers saw the abandoned gas station explode. The audience didn’t know if the four characters who were last seen in that building were alive or dead.

But Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) made his way back to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) at the hotel suite and relayed the story. He, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), and Noah survived.

Nick was in the hospital receiving treatment for his illicit drug overdose, with fans then knowing half the story. The audience was later shown flashback sequences where Sienna relayed Matt’s detonation action, his attempt to strangle her, and what she did to him next.

Noah Newman Finds Villain First

Matt happened to have a piece of GC memorabilia on his person at the roadside diner. How he got there remains a mystery.

How was it that a man who was gashed in the head not only didn’t die but got to a restaurant and was sitting at a table?

The Young and The Restless: Matt Clark (Roger Howarth)

Viewers wonder how Matt didn’t perish and not only lived but was healed so quickly. Of course, they are again suspending disbelief, which allows the plot to push forward.

Recent chapters in this tale have seemed like final entries. Instead, they’ve been stepping stones to what must be a final climax that is coming.

Matt Clark Can’t Be Found Guilty?

Matt was released on his own recognizance in the recent past. His victims were outraged, but enough evidence wasn’t presented to keep him incarcerated.

Nothing appears to have changed since then. That means he’s in no imminent danger of going to the pen. So, he’ll roam free in search of himself and be met with increasing resistance.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) won’t allow this man to torment his loved ones. But until Matt does something wrong, what will happen?

Viewers are anticipating Matt’s eventual awakening, just like Spider. That, in retrospect, is the reason why the setting shifted to Las Vegas, Nevada, and Riza Thompson (Tina Casciani) was linked to Matt.

This memory restoration storyline is different. Howarth’s character has to meet his fate because the earthly justice system has never proven to apply to him in particular.
