General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) runaway adventure might be just what it takes to bring his parents back together. Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) are being forced to work together to find their son and bring him home.
‘Lante’ The Endgame
Alexa Havins Bruening recently did an interview with Soap Opera Digest in which she said Dante and Lulu was the endgame.
Dante and Lulu experienced a whirlwind romance, marrying and divorcing twice, and welcoming their son Rocco long before Havins took on the role of Lulu in 2024.
When she stepped into the character, Dante was still grappling with the recent loss of his cherished fiancée, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who tragically lost her life after a surgery intended to donate part of her liver to the long-unconscious Lulu.
Lulu’s coma was the result of a head injury suffered in the explosion of the Floating Rib, and their marriage had broken up because of Dante’s PTSD from a WSB mission.
Upon Lulu’s awakening, Dante found himself technically single, yet he was far from ready to confront any lingering emotions he might have for his ex-wife.
Lulu Just Ended Her First Romance Since Her Coma
At the same time, Lulu had just entered-and swiftly exited-her first romantic involvement since waking from her coma, with a man she believes to be Dante’s best friend, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). But he’s actually his malevolent twin, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey).
Now, feeling hurt and betrayed by Lulu’s decision to keep him in the dark about Rocco, Dante has been hardly communicating with her.
Prior to her coma, she had realized she still loved Dante and whispered that to him immediately before she collapsed, and he caught her. She woke up to a world that had changed drastically, having moved on without her.
Rocco’s Running Away With Britt Westbourne Has Forced Dante And Lulu To Communicate
Lulu’s children are now teenagers, when she went into her coma Rocco and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) were seven or eight years old.
Rocco’s running away with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has forced Dante and Lulu to communicate-really communicate.
Rocco partly made his choice to run away because of their constant fighting-over him-and partly to protect them from Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Although at the present time, Dante and Lulu are staying put in Port Charles, as the search goes on for Rocco-and for Britt, as part of this package-it’s possible they could go searching together. And that kind of an adventure might be just what it takes to bring Dante and Lulu back together.
