Jason Is Washed Up?

Needless to say, we are talking about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as the character has made it clear that he wants out of the mob life. He’s been there, done that and doesn’t want anything to do with it ever again.

That’s mostly because Jason has realized that because Danny only has one parent right now, he needs to focus on being the best father that he can be.

Plus, Jason has made it clear that if he stays in the mob, he might end up dead just like Danny’s mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

But here’s the thing: a lot of fans can’t help but wonder if Jason might just be washed up at this point. He’s retiring too early from a job that has defined him in more ways than he would probably want to admit.

That, and he really doesn’t have the skill set to do anything else in this fictional town of Port Charles. Plus, it’s not like he’s just going to become a stay-at-home dad all of a sudden, right? That’s why a lot of viewers are quite worried about what his next step will be, if he will even take one at this point.

What’s Next For Jason Morgan?

Of course, time will only tell if Jason does end up doing something else with his life or if he chooses to go back to the mob. This is the only thing he’s done for his entire life and clearly, the only thing that he knows.

That, and many viewers would agree that it’s not he chose the mob life, as the mob life chose him.

Then again, GH fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next. General Hospital airs weekdays on the ABC Network. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is so much more to come.
