General Hospital spoilers suggest the scheme that Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Drew Cain (Cameron West) concocted against Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) during the week of August 24-28 could take a terrible turn this coming week
. The ABC soap just dropped its weekly preview, and it looks like all heck is about to break loose, so let’s unpack all the drama that fans should expect.
Drew Cain’s Plan
General Hospital fans have been buzzing for weeks now after some reports suggested that Chris McKenna was leaving the show and that Brenna is scheduled to be killed off in the fall.
Last week, Drew approached Ava for some help. He was looking for the woman to meet with Brennan to distract him so that he could search his Metro Court hotel room to find the evidence that the WSB Chief was blackmailing him with.
Drew told Ava he was going to disable the Metro Court’s security cameras so he could slip into Brennan’s room undetected.
He just needed Ava to keep Brennan busy so that Drew had enough time to search his room.
In fact, Drew came up with an “insurance plan” to ensure this: sleeping pills. Drew asked Ava to do this, and while she hesitated, she ended up following suit.
Is This Jack Brennan’s Last Week In PC?
General Hospital spoilers for the week of August 31-September 4 imply that someone could be a goner by the week’s end. In fact, the weekly promo seems to suggest that, as the words “Their Time Is Up” flash across the screen during the video.
It’s natural to think that person will be Brennan, all things considered.
Were the pills that Ava slipped into Brennan’s drink far deadlier than she or Drew imagined? Then again, could Brennan drowsily head up to his room, but fall into the Metro Court Pool instead? There’s a preview clip that also seems to hint that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) will see something at the bottom of the pool while she’s out for a swim in the dark.
At the end of the day, anything is possible!
