The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has been trying to convince herself that she just ate something that is upsetting her stomach.
Surely, she’s not having morning sickness because she’s pregnant… right? Of course, the timing is kind of hilarious, as Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) are just starting to talk about surrogacy as a plan to have their own baby.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What A Classic Cover Story
The timing of this is actually crazy. Daphne has not been able to carry her own child, and she and Carter are actually looking into surrogacy
. Meanwhile, Steffy is probably already carrying Carter’s child. If this is heading where we think it’s heading, Steffy could offer to carry their child and use her pregnancy as a foundation for the lie.
She wouldn’t be faking it at all, she would just be lying about how it happened.
Of course, John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) may not be on board for this.
But it’s probably better for Steffy to beg forgiveness for this story, rather than for how she cheated on him. In this case, she’d be acting selfless and trying to help their friends, rather than being a cheating wife who got drunk and slept with another man.
B&B Spoilers: Would Finn Even Be Considered?
Given what we’ve seen, there’s a real chance that we just skip the entire Finn versus Carter paternity storyline.
Typically, this is where it would be heading, but given the circumstances, it’s likely that Finn and Steffy may not have even had the chance in Monaco for this to happen.
So for Steffy, the surrogacy story may be the only one she has. If she ends up pregnant without it, Finn will absolutely know that something happened.
While it’s an interesting storyline, and one that could play out much longer, we can’t help but think about Finn and how he’s getting completely worked over.
Steffy is a liar and a cheater, and right now, she’s getting away with it. How long until the truth comes out?
