Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that the CBS daytime drama just released its promo for the week of October 12-16, and there are some major moments to unpack. Read on to find out about all the drama set to unravel in Fairmont Crest over the next five days.
Did We Just Become Best Friends?
Beyond the Gates’ preview for the week of October 12 starts with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis), and he’s at Orphey Gene’s.
Vernon is on the phone with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), and he tells the man they have a problem. Joey replies, “Let me guess, her name is Hayley.”
As the promo continues, Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) is at Uptown, and she’s not happy. Heather Armstrong (Ashley Jones) pops up next to her at the bar.
Heather instructs the bartender to get her new friend, Hayley, a drink. This shocks Hayley as she asks, “How do you know my name?”
Carlton Fitzgerald’s Terror
The scene shifts to show Heather in her hotel room with Dr. Carlton Fitzgerald (Robert Christopher Riley). The two are in bed when Heather pulls out a knife.
Carlton looks frightened and then asks her what’s going on. Heather has an evil grin on her face as she proceeds to tear open Carlton’s shirt with the knife. Talk about scary bedroom antics!
Then there’s Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Natasha Nixon). She’s at Uptown as she tells Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), “Now Leslie [Thomas – Trisha Mann-Grant] knows it’s game over for good.” They must be talking about Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) proposing to Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson).
Eva looks disgusted and calls Kat a “cold-hearted b!+ch”. Kat smiles and states, “A badge I will proudly wear when it comes to protecting my family.”
Nicole Dupree’s Outrage
As the Beyond the Gates promo wraps up, Shanice shows off her engagement ring to Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) at the hospital. Ashley squeals, gives Shanice a hug, and offers her congratulations to Ted.
This is when Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix) interrupts and asks what’s going on. Nicole then sees the ring on Shanice’s hand and replies, “Oh, you’re engaged.” Nicole looks upset and a little shaken, too. Is that jealousy peeking out?
