Days of Our Lives spoilers for the next two weeks, October 12 to October 23, suggest that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will be horrified, while Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) faces a threat.
Plus, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) will find herself trapped. Learn more about what the next two weeks will bring to Salem by reading below.
Stephanie Kiriakis’s Suspicions
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of October 12 to October 16 hint that Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein) will start to suspect that Joy is faking her paralysis.
While Stephanie won’t have conclusive proof after barging into Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) apartment, she may see something small that has her believing that Joy is lying about the condition.
Of course, Joy will do her best to deflect Stephanie by accusing her of breaking the custody agreement she and Alex have.
After all, Joy wants Stephanie far away from Kelsey Kiriakis (Lena and Mira Chase); however, Stephanie will retort that she was just worried because she could hear Kelsey crying.
Alex will be in a pickle of sorts, but he’ll likely believe Stephanie. Is there anything he can do?
Villains Return To Salem
On the heels of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) seeing Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) at Kay’s Diner during the Friday, October 9 episode, the two will come to an agreement of sorts and head back to Salem.
During the week of October 12, Kristen will go to Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote), but it sounds like she’ll do so on the down-low without anyone knowing.
Kristen will be worried about Rachel’s surgery and want to support her, so can her daughter keep quiet about her mom’s visit without raising any eyebrows?
Joy Wesley’s Plan B
Back to Joy, Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of October 12-16 indicate that she’ll work on a Plan B, just in case things with Alex don’t work out.
She’ll participate in her physical strength training with Tate Black (Leo Howard), and there will be some flirting involved.
Is Joy flirting with Tate as a romantic backup plan or is she trying to keep him distracted so she doesn’t have to do any training? She’s mobile, so it will be hard to “fake” exercising – or not exercising – so only time will tell.
Saving The Kiriakis Mansion
Across town, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will meet with Hank (Giovanni Mocibob) the inspector as part of the Kiriakis mansion sale.
As fans recall, the Kiriakis brothers, along with Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), and some others tried to make the house seem like a rat-infested, moldy nightmare to prevent the sale from going through.
Will their efforts scare Dominic Marino away from buying the home?
In addition, Johnny will approach Xander and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) to help clear the doctor’s name, but this could add even more of a target on his back where EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is concerned.
EJ DiMera Comes Crawling Back
In other news, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will question Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) about falling in love with EJ.
Will this help Cat realize that she does have feelings for the man? What would this mean for her ISA investigation?
Speaking of EJ, Cat’s plan to abandon EJ both at work and in their personal lives will seemingly work out perfectly, as EJ will crawl back to the woman, asking her to work with him again.
As EJ’s anger has passed and he has so many people coming for him, he’ll realize he needs Cat now more than ever, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens next in this storyline.
Chad DiMera Blindsided
Elsewhere, Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of October 12 imply that EJ will drop a bombshell on Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd). EJ will inform his brother that Dominic Marino may be another DiMera brother, so Chad will be blown away by the news.
In some feel-good teasers, the governor will end up pardoning Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers), so Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will ask the woman if she wants her old job back on the force.
All signs are pointing to Lani accepting this position, so it’ll be nice to see the woman back doing something that she loves.
Johnny DiMera’s Danger
Back to Johnny, Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of October 19 to October 23 tease a confrontation between him and EJ.
Not only did Johnny rat out EJ to the police, but he’ll also cross a line by helping Xander and Sarah. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) warned Johnny that EJ could retaliate against him, but Johnny fluffed it off. Will this encounter bring home Steve’s warning?
Holly Jonas’s Horror
Across town, Holly will be horrified when she crosses paths with Sophia. Ms. Choi is slated to return to Salem on Friday, October 16, so it won’t take long for Holly to “see” Sophia and feel as if she’s seen a ghost.
Could Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler) somehow get involved? If he learns that Sophia faked her own death, he may start to see Holly’s perspective that much more.
Alex Kiriakis’ Trap
Lastly, Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of October 19 note that Alex will have time to mull over Stephanie’s accusation about Joy and decide to set a trap. If Joy is pretending to be paralyzed, he’ll be upset and ready to strike back.
Whether Alex places a hidden camera somewhere in the apartment, or catches her in the moment, it looks like Joy’s scheme is close to being exposed.
Will Alex look to take Kelsey away from Joy by filing for full-time custody, or will he be happy with her possibly signing an amended agreement to allow Stephanie to spend time with Kelsey and him?
