The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) are doing everything they can to make sure their secret stays a secret!
While John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) might be oblivious and in the top ten for the world’s dumbest people, and Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) is just excited at the prospect of being a mother, there’s still someone else we think might discover the secret. Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig)!
She Might Already Be Suspicious
It’s easy to forget, but Taylor is a psychiatrist. Reading people is literally what she does.
Of course, someone close to her like Steffy may pull down some blinders, but if Steffy keeps letting her nerves slip and getting defensive every time someone brings the baby up, Taylor will surely notice that.
Not to mention, she’s already spoken with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) about her concerns with Steffy and even heard Daphne open up about wanting a baby and talking about surrogacy.
She has her ear to both sides of this story, whether she knows it or not. All it will take is one slip-up for her to start connecting the dots.
What Do You Think Taylor Would Do?
If Taylor finds out the truth first, she might try to protect Steffy. What that looks like is up for debate. Is protecting her covering for her lie so her marriage doesn’t blow up and everyone else can go on living their normal lives? Or would she urge Steffy to tell the truth so she can end up getting part custody of her child and be a mother?
Taylor has been around the block before when it comes to secrets and knows the amount of damage they can do. So, surely she wouldn’t be afraid to tell her daughter the hard truth in her moment of need.
This would probably be the best outcome for everyone. Lord knows what will happen if Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) gets ahold of the situation.
