The latest The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest Will is going to do everything he can to help Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) land a job at his mother’s fashion house, Logan.
This comes after Dylan was given the boot from Forrester Creations by Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) is going to try his best to get Ridge to change his mind, but it looks like there’s no turning back on this one.
In fact, Zende’s determination to help Dylan could lead him to demand that Katie hire her at Logan.
While Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will have no problem bringing Zende on board at Logan, she’s going to need a little more convincing when it comes to Dylan.
After all, she never really liked the beautiful brunette because of how close she’s gotten to Will.

And considering that Electra may be plotting revenge against Dylan despite no longer being with Will, this latest development could make an already tense situation even worse.

I think Electra is going to be absolutely furious when she realizes Will is going out of his way to help Dylan!
But here’s the thing: Electra and Will are no longer together. She can’t expect him to keep putting her feelings first while he’s building a relationship with someone else.
And I don’t blame Will for wanting to help Dylan. He knows she struggled with homelessness, and he doesn’t want to see her in that situation again.
Katie is another story. She doesn’t trust Dylan, and I think Will may have a real fight on his hands trying to convince his mother to hire her.
What I find interesting is that Electra seems more concerned about Dylan getting ahead than she is about moving on with her own life.
If she keeps obsessing over Will and Dylan, she’s only going to make herself miserable.
