Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that the CBS daytime drama just dropped its promo for the week of April 27-May 1, and there are some bombshells to brace for. Find out about all the drama set to unravel over the next five days, below.
Tyrell Richardson Is Caught
The Beyond the Gates preview for the week of April 27-May 1 opens with a scene between Tyrell Richardson (Jaden Lucas Miller) and his girlfriend, Jessica (Camryn Jade). The two are on his bed, making out, and as scenes shift, it’s clear they get caught.
Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson) is shown in the family’s living room, with Tyrell and Jessica on one side, while Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) and Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning) are on the other.
Samantha is outraged as she exclaims, “The rule is about hooking up with someone in the house, unsupervised.”
She goes on to say, “You guys are okay with your son doing it, but not your daughter?” Martin and Smitty both look like deer caught in headlights, so how will they respond to this?
Hayley Hamilton Is Unphased
As the promo video progresses, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) is at Uptown and has approached a table where Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria) is sitting with Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli). She lets out a massive ‘Wow’ and goes on to say, “What the hell is going on at that law firm?”
Meanwhile, the next clip shows Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) with Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) in his office, enjoying a meal. Well, she’s enjoying hers as she watches Bill almost choke on whatever they are eating, with zero look of concern.
Hayley wants Bill dead so she can cash in on his life insurance, so of course, she doesn’t care how it happens at this point. Or is he coughing because she poisoned his food?
Ted Richardson & Nicole Dupree Get Close
Over at the hospital, Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix) is in her office with Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) as she tells him, “Well, we had an amazing run.”
Ted responds and says, “I miss those two people,” as Nicole states back, “So do I.” Nicole and Ted share an embrace.
These two are set to celebrate their anniversary, and even though they are divorced, it seems as if they’ll still come together to honor the occasion. But will they cross a line?
Elsewhere, Ted and Nicole’s kids will clash. The next scene in the preview shows Martin telling Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Natasha Nixon), “You can be so damn stubborn!”
Kat responds, telling her brother that he can be such a hypocrite. This is when Martin stands up and yells, “The hell I am!” Yikes, it looks like this brother and sister duo are about to get into it for the umpteenth time!
Vernon Dupree’s Warning
As the Beyond the Gates preview winds down, Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) is on the couch at home with his wife, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie). He tells her that he’s going to have to handle Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) himself.
The last scene shows Vernon meeting up with Joey at Uptown. As the two are at a table, Joey, in a stern voice, tells Vernon that Martin owes him, and one day, he’s going to have to collect. This is when Vernon warns Joey to stay away from his grandson.
