At the time, TLC fans stepped up for Anna, who raises four kids, one of them being the product of her union with Mursel. Well this week, she opened up and gave her followers a huge update. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Anna posted a long statement to clear up what she described as “a lot of speculation and assumptions online.” In her caption and the cards, she admitted that her ordeal was one of the most painful times of her life.
Interestingly, she also admitted that she put it out there in the public because she reacted badly to emotional distress.
According to Anna Campisi, she already felt suspicious about Mursel Mistanoglu. So, she’d checked out his phone. What she found caused her to completely fall apart.
However, after investigating further and speaking directly with the account involved, she discovered the reality of the situation. She wrote:
The account appears to have been a fake/scammer account and not an actual relationship or meetup situation.
Next, she said that Mursel claimed he realized it was a scammer and chose to “mess with” them.
Rebuilding Boundaries And Trust
Despite the digital setup, Anna Campisi seems to have walked back her original separation decision. At the same time, the 90 Day Fiancé alum isn’t letting him get away with it entirely.
After all, his behavior crossed the line. Certainly, she felt unhappy about “inappropriate conversations with other women, and those conversations crossed boundaries and damaged trust.”
Things Were Going So Well
