General Hospital spoilers say that for some fans, this just doesn’t make any sense.
Drew’s Appearance Is Making No Sense
Of course, we are talking about Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) as for some fans, they just can’t understand why his appearance looks exactly the same – and maybe even better – than before his character fell into a coma on General Hospital.
You’d think that after being almost dead for so many months, Drew’s appearance would change somewhat, but that clearly hasn’t happened at all and of course, many General Hospital fans want to know why.
After all, the soap should be a little more realistic looking with all the heavy writing and storylines, right?
Clearly, many GH fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.
Some even commented with, “Actors train for months to mold their body for a specific role. If that means gaining or losing weight. Putting on more muscle definition.
All sorts of things. We couldn’t get a skinny Drew for a few weeks until enough time has passed for him to gain back his old physique?”
Another critic wrote, “Like in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t bother me that much. I didn’t even notice it until the pool scene, and it’s like I get a soap with beautiful people.”
What’s Really Going On With Drew?
“He has a great body. I don’t blame them for wanting to show it off, but storyline wise, it makes no sense that he’s in such good shape right after waking up from being locked in.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I agree I think the make up artist and different wardrobe could’ve done something to make it realistic having Drew show off his body so quickly after recovering less than 24 hours was a mistake to me because he had to be barely eating because he couldn’t move anything for the last 7 months between that & he couldn’t exercise.”
